Tony’s Fondue Blend
Tony’s Fondue Blend is a perfect mix of cheeses from Switzerland and the United States! The balance of Swiss Emmentaler, Gruyere and GrandCru cheeses melts beautifully together, creating a mild and nutty flavor. Fondue was promoted as a Swiss National Dish in the 1930s and became well known in North America in the 1960s. Fondue makes an easy family dinner. Just dip bread and sometimes vegetables into the melted cheese using long-stemmed forks.
