Description
This Raclette cheese from Savoy, has a thin, brownish-orange colored rind, and a yellow-ivory creamy texture. It has a strong and very aromatic taste with a milky, fruity aroma and a sweet taste. It’s made with thermalized cows milk, which means it’s not heated up as much as pasteurized. The full wheel is about 14 lb. Made with microbial rennet.
This French Raclette cheese is creamier and also stronger as the Swiss Emmi Raclette.
