Raclette de Scey Cheese – Wheel
Made by the Perrin family in the region of North East France.
This natural rind, cows milk cheese is famous for its big ‘meaty’ aroma and distinctive taste when used as a melted cheese. A semi-hard cheese with a brownish-beige rind and a cream colored pâté; Raclette de Scey has a supple elastic texture and a full beefy flavor and a slightly fruity aroma. When grilled, the rind becomes quite crunchy and the flavors intensify, lingering with a savory finish.
